The ZW diesel self-priming sewage pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge. It can not only do not need to press the bottom valve like a general clean water self-priming pump, do not need to irrigate water, but also can suck large solid blocks and long particles. Fiber dirt, sediment waste mineral impurities, manure treatment and all engineering sewage. It is widely used in sewage treatment processes such as iron and steel, metallurgy, construction, and urban construction. The self-priming sewage pump completely reduces the labor procedures of workers, and is easy to use, move, install, less maintenance, and stable in performance.

Detailed introduction:

①Ambient temperature≤45℃, and medium temperature≤60℃.

②The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron pumps and 1-14 for stainless steel pumps. The large diameter of the passing particles is 60% of the pump caliber, and the fiber length is 5 times the caliber.

④ The total weight of impurities in the medium does not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium does not exceed 1240 kg/m3.

Scope of supply:

1) Diesel water pump unit: diesel engine, water pump, coupling, cooling fan, cooling water tank, steel structure base (including oil tank 80-120L), battery and connecting wire, exhaust muffler, control panel.

2) It is designed as a composite integrated type of pump set, oil tank at the bottom of the machine, control panel, and battery pack.

3) According to customer requirements, it can be designed into a composite outdoor type of pump set, bottom oil tank, control panel, battery pack, and outdoor rainproof box.

4) According to customer requirements, it can be designed as a mobile trailer (four-wheel or two-wheel).
