1. Product overview:

The N-type centrifugal slurry pump is a product designed and manufactured based on my country's "JB/T5295-91 Centrifugal Slurry Pump" standard.

The hydraulic design of the N-type pump fully considers the characteristics of the solid-liquid two-phase flow, and the flow parts are made of alloy anti-wear cast iron. This type of pump has the characteristics of high efficiency, long service life of flow parts, low cavitation margin, and stable operation.

The N-type pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump. It is suitable for conveying liquids containing suspended solid particles (such as concentrate, tailings, ash, coal slime, cement, soil, sand, etc.). The large concentration of the conveyed slurry is 50~70% by weight, and a small amount of large solids is allowed to pass Particles, but its particle size should not be greater than 80% of the small size of the flow cross-section.

The outlet of the pump can be transformed from vertical upwards to horizontal. High-lift pumps can be used in series with two stages. The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise from the driving end (100NG40Ⅲ, 100NG47Ⅲ, 100NG53Ⅲ, 100NGⅢ type is now counterclockwise).

In order to meet the needs of long-distance transportation of power plant ash and ore dressing tailings, we have absorbed the advantages of ash pumps, combined with our factory's years of experience in producing ash pumps, and developed a multi-stage series ash pump, which can be operated in five-stage series. It can be operated in a single stage, and the final stage pressure can reach 4.2Mpa.

表列合金抗磨白口铸铁中：N-A、N-B对粗颗粒有较好抗磨蚀性；N-C抗磨性与N-A类似，但对大颗粒、高应力抗冲击磨蚀能力较强；Cr26、Cr28抗磨性与N-A类似，但具有较好的抗酸性腐蚀能力（介质PH值可至4）；15-2B属抗磨材料Cr15Mo3的改进品种，抗磨性优，价格相应较高。

在用户未提出所要求材料时，我们提供低合金锰球铁或52号合金抗磨铸铁的过流部件。
