    The JPWL series of vertical energy-saving submersible sewage pumps are based on the principle of "relative suction and relative obstruction" in the theory of solid-liquid two-phase flow. The hydraulic model is designed to make the hydraulic performance of the pump's flow-through components conform to the movement of solid-liquid two-phase flow. Regularity, thereby reducing the erosion and wear of the slurry to the flow-through components.
 
    The power design of the JPWL series pumps currently developed and produced by our company uses a large number of low-speed 4-6 motors to make the pump run more smoothly and quietly during use. The flow range is 303/h-1000m3/h, and the lift range is 5- 60 meters, enlarges the user's selection range, and solves the problem of users' difficulty in selecting large-flow and high-lift submersible sludge pumps in the process of selecting submerged sewage slurry pumps.
 
    This series of pumps are particularly suitable for use in deep pit drainage, tunnel drainage, fish pond dredging, river dredging, and deep pit sludge drainage in power stations. On the other hand, it also solves the problems of frequent replacement of wearing parts, high noise, high vibration, and easy burning of the motor due to the excessively high power speed in the design process of the submerged sludge pump in the past. Through the construction and practice of key projects of hydropower and railway tunnels in the southwest region, it has been well received by users. According to user requirements, the impeller of this pump can be replaced with 45# steel welded impeller.
