XBD—ISG (ISW) single-suction multi-stage segmented fire pump consists of two parts: a motor and a pump. The motor is a Y-type three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump and the motor are connected by a coupling. The whole is a rigid connection, so there is no need to use it. Correction. The pump consists of a stator part and a rotor part. The pump stator part is composed of water inlet section, middle section, guide vane, water outlet section, stuffing box body and other parts. In order to prevent the stator from being worn out, the stator is equipped with a sealing ring, balance sleeve, etc., which can be replaced with spare parts after being worn out. The rotor part is composed of shaft, middle wheel, balance drum and so on. The lower end of the rotor is a water-lubricated bearing, and the upper part is an angular contact ball bearing. Most of the axial force of the pump is borne by the balance drum, and the remaining small part of the residual axial downward force is borne by the angular contact ball bearing. The joint surface of the water inlet section, middle section and water outlet section is sealed with paper pads by tightening, and users can choose according to their needs.
