PBG type shielded pipeline pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment supporting. It has the obvious characteristics of design specifications, high degree of generalization, reasonable structure, stable performance, low noise in operation, and no vibration. It is an ideal product for conventional horizontal centrifugal pumps and vertical pipeline pumps.

The main purpose:

1. Ordinary type: transport clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water, and the temperature does not exceed 80°C. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment supporting. It is especially suitable for occasions with high requirements for vibration and noise, such as underground pump rooms, air-conditioning refrigeration systems, etc.

2. Hot water type: It is used to transport soft water with a temperature not exceeding 160°C without solid particles. It is suitable for energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, bathrooms, boilers, hot water pressurized circulation and urban heating systems. Circulation and other occasions.

3. Anti-corrosion type: transporting liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, paper, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber sectors.

Features:

1. The pump structure is compact, the machine and pump are integrated, and the volume is small. Its vertical structure has a small installation area, stable operation, and installation does not need to be adjusted.

2. The inlet and outlet of the pump are designed with flanges of the same specifications and located on the same center line. They can be directly installed on the pipeline like a valve, and the center is low, which is convenient for pipeline layout and particularly convenient for installation.

3. The pump and the motor are coaxial, and the axial dimension is short, which makes the pump run more smoothly and has low noise.

4. The traditional shaft seal method is cancelled, and the leakage of the conveying medium is avoided, so it has the remarkable feature of completely no leakage.

5. The use of sliding bearings makes the pump run particularly smoothly, with extremely low vibration and noise.

6. Convenient installation and maintenance, no need to dismantle the pipeline system, as long as the connecting body nut is removed, all the rotor parts can be extracted for inspection and maintenance.

7. The series and parallel operation modes of pumps can be carried out according to the requirements of use, that is, the needs of flow and head.
