MZDLF type vertical multistage centrifugal pump

The MZDLF vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump has the advantages of small size, light weight and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for transporting thin and clean liquids without solid particles or fibers. It is widely used in civil, industrial, agricultural, and water treatment devices.

1. Vertical structure, the inlet and outlet flanges are on the same center line, the structure is compact, the floor space is small, and the installation is convenient.

2. The vertical structure pump adopts the mechanical seal of the container structure, which makes the installation and maintenance operation safer and more convenient, and ensures the reliability of the seal.

3. The motor shaft of the vertical pump is directly connected to the pump shaft through a coupling.

4. The horizontal pump is equipped with an extended shaft motor, which has a simple structure and is easy to install, maintain and operate.

5. The flow parts are all made of stainless steel, which does not pollute the medium and ensures long service life and beautiful appearance.

6. Low noise and small vibration. It adopts standardized design and has good versatility.

3. Operating conditions

a. High ambient temperature +40℃, environment above +40℃, or the motor is installed above 1000m above sea level, the output power of the motor will be reduced. In this case, a motor with higher output power must be selected.

b. Applicable medium temperature is in the range of -15℃～+120℃, thin and clean liquid without solid particles or fibers.

Four, matters needing attention

1. The arrows on the inlet and outlet sections of the lower part of the vertical pump show the flow direction of the medium. Connect the inlet and outlet of the pump as shown by the arrow during installation.

2. The flow direction of the horizontal pump medium is side-in and top-out.

3. To ensure that the motor can be fully cooled, the installation position must maintain air circulation, and it is strictly forbidden to put the motor upside down.

And cover the items on the motor.

4. When installing the pipeline, prevent air from accumulating in the pipeline, especially at the suction end of the pump.

5. Install gate valves on both sides of the pump to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.

6. When necessary, the position of the motor junction box of the vertical pump can be adjusted according to the directions of 0°, 90°, and 270°:

a. Remove the coupling cover, do not disassemble the coupling;

b. Remove the bolts that fix the motor;

c. Rotate the motor to the required direction;

d. Rotate the coupling and adjust the motor so that the pump shaft does not get stuck and rotate unevenly;

e. Tighten the bolts that fix the motor and install the coupling cover.

7. The lifting bolt holes on the motor cannot be used for lifting the whole pump. The lifting of the whole pump must be lifted from the motor base with steel belts or other similar methods.
